Rich Creamy Paint
Self-titled

Artist: Rich Creamy Paint

Released: September 21st, 1999

Music Style: Power Pop. No doubt.

My opinions: This is one great little disc. If you like power pop, this cd is for YOU. Rich Painter, the man behind the music, is just one little spark plug. He put together an album of hooky vocals, guitar riffs and even drum beats. The album is nonstop sing-a-long action. I could go on and on about how much fun it is to listen to this album, but I think I will let it speak for itself. Another point of interest is that Rich Painter is the son of John Mark Painter, the John in "Fleming and John." In case that means nothing to you, John has collaborated a number of times with Ben Folds of Ben Folds Five and has played lived with them on more than one occasion. John also helped Rich to produce the disc and played on a few tracks. All in all, this album is well put together and deserves a spin if you are into power pop, or maybe even if you're not.

Recommended Tracks: You're a 10 (1), Telephone Number (2), A.D.D. (4)
