Decipher. Spend 1 intellect point to examine a piece of writing or code you do not understand. Make a intellect roll of 3 (or higher, depending on the code or language). On success, you get the gist of the message. If used in combat, takes an action. No benefit from help (exiled)

Smoke the blue powder. Spend an intellect point and deal either 4 might points or 2 intellect points of damage to a creature you can see.

Delshay

A spiritual fighter that carries a quiver

(Still need to choose between gaining 4 pool points or adding one edge).

Spend 1 speed to deal an extra point of damage.

Use a ranged weapon to target a limited area and make an attack against the next viable target that enters that area. This is a wait action, this negates cover, position, surprise, range, illumination, or visibility. You deal an extra point of damage with this attack.

Hedge magic. 1 intellect point. You can make small illusions and make small objects float. Action.
