Note that you can only email people on the server from the server. As per /etc/motd, you can use mail, pine, alpine, or mutt for this.
If you want to add yourself to this list, create a file called .hamradio.club in your home directory, make sure your call sign is the only word in the file, and make sure the file is world-readable. You can do this with:
echo W8UM > ~/.hamradio.club chmod a+r ~/.hamradio.club
