COVID-19

Things have gotten real. Last night news dropped that the first case of COVID-2019 in Oregon is in the same county we are in.

Now we have to deal with the mental gymnastics of trying not to panic during a situation that we want to panic about. Helping others not to panic is very difficult. You have to realize it is out of your ability to control anything about this. You can take precautions but if it is as spreadable as is being reported the only logical conclusion you can come to is: I and most of the people around me will contract COVID-19.

Now we just wait and see how things progress. Stay home and try to not panic.
