/whowas < nick >
※ Get informations of a nick that recently disconnected of the network.
Typically doesn't work when the nick is gone for many days.

/knock < #channel > < message >
※ Sends a NOTICE to an invitation-only #channel with an optional message, requesting an invite. It isn't supported in all networks.

/links
※ Display all servers linked to the network.

/ctcp < nick > version
※ Display the IRC client the target is using. Sometimes a script, a mod, etc.

/ctcp < nick > finger
※ Probably only replied by mIRC users, the target should be using it and have the reply enabled.
It returns name and email from mIRC Options -> Connect and the client's IRC idle time.
Seems it doesn't use the real finger protocol, just has a similar purpose aimed for the IRC client.
