Compatibility with Windows XP:
New versions of mIRC released until now in 2025 are still compatible with XP
because them were developed with an old Windows SDK version.

Some controllers was developed by Khaled:
It means, some things doesn't come from a Library, API, SDK, Toolset or whatever.
