title: Low-bandwidth links
date: 2026-03-31
author: Scott Wells
---

This is an adaptation of the low-bandwidth links page I had on
txti.es. So I\'m likely to use this when in an emergency or on
a train; you\'re welcome to use it, too. Washington, D.C. is
the default. It's also a link garden.

I will slowly migrate some of my surviving pre-2000 webpages
here, too. \~wells
