Responsible for architecture, design, and implementation of AWS-based services. Specific projects include:
- Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) - Architect on the common platform for the TurboTax and QuickBooks applications. Development performed in Java, Kafka, and Cassandra and deployed on AWS EKS.
- VEP Data Steward - Responsible for data design, implementation and support of VEP in Intuit’s data lake.
- Intuit-wide Build and Deployment Service - Managed and implemented a 100% secure, git-ops build and deployment service (CI/CD) across 3500 Git repositories. Development performed in Golang.
- AWS AMI Bakery - Built, secured and delivered bi-weekly, Intuit-wide AMIs for 75,000 EC2 instances.

Technical manager of IMDb’s Los Angeles office. Responsible for the public-facing, Professional IMDb (IMDbPro) application and boxofficemojo.com application. With a team of 25 engineers:
- Received Amazon Security Medal for securely deploying and operating boxofficemojo.com
- Ran production, public-facing applications in ”very early” AWS.
- First in Amazon to embed Facebook UI widgets.

With an organization of 75 engineers, managed the implementation and operation of the company-wide build and deployment (CI/CD) services for the amazon.com web site. Ran 60,000 builds and deployments/day.
Championed the Voice of the Developer forum for Amazon’s 2000+ engineers. Solicited and organized engineer needs and feedback with the primary goal of reducing developer friction.

- Two years in Paris, France with Accenture Consulting. Technical lead for 90 engineers.
- Worked in NASA’s Mission Control on Space Shuttle missions. Employed by IBM.
- Deployed Java on the world's first Java phone - Nextel i85.
