Food is very upsetting.

  1. when bought already prepared, it is very expensive.
  2. it needs to be consumed in a given timeframe, or it will Go Bad.
  3. if said timeframe has passed, you need to make a Decision, either to Throw Away Food or Eat Possibly Bad Food.
  4. when prepared at home, the process has many steps that need to be researched and followed.
  5. in addition to above, it needs to be combined with That Other Food and you NEVER HAVE IT.
  6. when you buy That Other Food, you now have to figure out what to do with the rest of it. (see points 2 - 5)
  7. when craving A Specific Combined Food, there is 98% chance that you do not have a Specific Basic Food for it.
  8. if you do have the Specific Basic Food, you do not have a Specific Tool to make it with.
  9. you should eat a Ballanced Diet with many Plant Foods, but not all Plant Foods are created equal.
  10. Plant Food color coding lies.
  11. Basic Food often has many different types, requiring Choice.
