From f1751dcb213b953ff362eda3276e210258a7cdb2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Sadie Powell Date: Tue, 22 Oct 2024 16:16:32 +0100 Subject: Replace usestrictprivmsg with something actually useful. Every IRC server we support (other than Bahamut which is probably on the chopping bock) uses UIDs so this setting does nothing. Instead, allow configuring a server-side alias for each service and use that when servicealias is enabled. --- modules/chanserv/chanserv.cpp | 6 +++--- 1 file changed, 3 insertions(+), 3 deletions(-) (limited to 'modules/chanserv/chanserv.cpp') diff --git a/modules/chanserv/chanserv.cpp b/modules/chanserv/chanserv.cpp index b517770b1..882845074 100644 --- a/modules/chanserv/chanserv.cpp +++ b/modules/chanserv/chanserv.cpp @@ -262,9 +262,9 @@ public: "malicious users from \"taking over\" channels by limiting\n" "who is allowed channel operator privileges.
