To have a child, people only need to have a sex organ and have some sort of intercourse. But, for a child to be an educated person, parent(s) need to have intelligence... Much more than only an action (like having intercourse). Intelligence is a virtue.
Society needs to spread the message that it doesn't take much to be a parent, and that it takes much more than an action of sex to make a (proper civilized) person.
Parent(s) putting children in a school system, only says to the child that parent(s) don't care about how the child will grow up. It is in the hand of others, it is in the hands of the school system's teachers...
Parent(s) only had sexy time.
