Mindfulness practice has two (three) aspects: wú wéi, breathing, thinking.
Firstly, Wú wéi, is to be kept as the basis[0]. Wú wéi means going easy, not forcing (this practice). So, whenever this practice, of this article, becomes uneasy, you stop doing this mindfulness practice.
Then, Breathing, is to try to keep breathing openly, continuously, during this practice. Continuous breathing. Sometimes, in every day life, modern humans stop breathing for doing some actions... Don't do it, keep breathing.
Lastly, Thinking, is thinking about full, about all, about group, about difference. Pick a word, that connects to these concepts, and say this word to yourself -- without speaking it -- once in a while while practicing this Mindfulness.
This concludes this practice's theory.
It is now up to ownself, to try this Mindfulness, and conclude for yourself, if it helps your ownself.
