Racism is insanely simple: it's the belief that skin color is a significant factor driving behavior, as though pigmentation sinks deeper than skin into self/person/individual.
Racists betray themselves whenever talking about a color of person or people.
Whenever you talk about black people, you're screaming you're a racist, because you believe the color of their skin is significant enough to be mentioned with respect to their person.
Whenever you talk about white guy, you're screaming you're a racist, because you believe the color of their skin is significant enough to be mentioned with respect to their person.
And so on.
If you believe skin color is significant enough a factor in others' personhood and/or behavior to mention it as a key feature of theirs, you're racist.
It's that simple.
