When using the Tor Network, Nym Mixnet, for anonymity, have you ever wondered what plain
text fragments you leave on your SSD, when deleting the files, after encrypting them, with
GnuPG or age in the command line? I thought about this forensic issue, when third parties
may knock at someones door.
To make encrypted communications, with the Tor Network or Nym Mixnet easier, I have released
yubicrypt for public key encryption and seced for symmetric encryption.
Both are easy to use GUI programs and they produce no metadata and signature verification
of signed messages needs no collecting of public keys, like you have to do with GnuPG. You
simply right-click in them to mark/copy/paste the encrypted message into your favorite MUA,
NUA or web mailer.
