Good news, vaccine hopes

November 23, 2020 — ~stern
There is good news at last, there are several vaccine candidates that could very well end this virus. AstraZeneca's candidate is among them, along with Pfizer's candidate and others. The way most of these vaccines work is that you get one shot, wait two weeks and then get the second shot. The election went quite well, our current president is now a lame duck making things worse for president elect Joeseph Biden's transition.

Yet another interesting day

March 26, 2020 — ~stern
well, it seems that a lot has happened: New York was designated the epicenter of the pandemic, made it to Trader Joes and accidentally bought too much, the 10% discount I used should have gone towards my mother, they were out of the unshelled edamame, that was supprising, sure hope our country, nay, continent learns from this pandemic.
