Set LDAP_OPT_NETWORK_TIMEOUT to 0 in m_ldap to prevent the asynchronous
library cals from blocking...
Fix multiple possible null pointer derefs if modules pass null
interfaces (none currently do, but it is allowed)
Fix memory leak from results when services are destructed
Timeout queries that never come back.
