• Smell - Smell is the strongest of al the senses for memory and cognitive recognition. They've been and are still working on smells online especially for CX.
• Image (physical or in your mind)
• Cue or thought memory
• External Stimulus

Triggers Creates a Deep, Emotional Response Within it - External thing creating an internal feeling

Triggers can be good things or bad things
