Last weeks thought In school you are taught a lesson and given a test. In Life you are given a test that teaches you a lesson.

This weeks thought My life has been full of terrible misfortunes, most of which never happened.

If you are alive you have feelings

We create feelings, the only exist in our brain. They are all caused by a stimulus.

A thing ain't done with you until it has taught you everything you need to learn

If a feeling threatens you recovery, it going to threaten your recovery again and again.

A feeling is just a feeling, and it only exists in ONLY my reality

"Letting go is the only way to get rid of the feelings" Take a step back, see it for what it is and let it go

If the past created the present, then the present can create the future? The key is to not let the past create the future.
