Think of three things - Write, Say, Pray them.

Gratitude is intended to produce Joy

  • Home, Car, Handbag, Jewlery, etc.
    • How long does the 'joy' last?

Think of a treasured memory

  • Who was with you?
  • Where were you?
  • What does your mind eye remember?
  • Keep thinking about this
    • Remember the details about it, temp, light, people, etc. Savor it

    • What do you remember most? The people you were with, someone's smile, or was it the house, shoes, cars?
      • Most of us will remember the people and the connection.
      • The best things in life aren’t things
  • Do something with the gratitude - grow it by doing things with other people
    • Empower the gifts you Possess (Physical / Personal)

  • Settle in
  • Take a deep breath
  • Slowly to bring a smile to your face
  • Feel it at the corners of your mouth
  • Spread it to your eyes
  • Feel warmth in your chest
  • Now just sit with it and enjoy the moment
  • All of this releases Endorphins - Signaled we are safe, that relaxes the nervous system, lower blood pressure, calming.
