We can have entire conversations in seconds

We talk about

  • Our bodies - Appearance - Unusual Feature - Colourations
  • Our thought patterns - why did I think that?
  • Personal qualities - Compassion
  • Events - Life - Families / Friends - Relationships
  • Other people's opinions and values

Negative part - we focus on the negative - it is how we evolve

Let's turn the negative around

  • Remind your mind about the things you well
  • Remind that I volunteer a lot
  • What do other people see in you - qualities
