This Week is Depriety - Depression and anxiety releasing negative thoughts

You can face both depression and anxiety together - Axession / Depriety

Afraid of creating more regret - paralyzing - it's two sides of the same coin, lots of people have it. Depression past anxiety future

What to do:

• Letting Go of depression
  • We kept them for a reason - understand why and let them go
• Applying grounding for anxiety
  • Not all fears are Irrational

Thoughts are just thoughts - they are not real. Where they meet is called "NOW"

Hatrick: What problem do I actually have? Make it as concrete as statement as possible. Is it really a problem? If not, what emotion do you wish you were feeling? Joy? Calm? Certainty? Then ask, how do you get that?

Get grounded, get a today focus, do one small thing ie Laying Bricks.

Make sure you do your lifestyle balance - make a plan (Change Plan Worksheet)
