Use pictoral HOV at times. A visual representation of the values. the ‘why’s’

Internal Locus of Control actually means "I have the power to change me", NOT "I cannot (am powerless to) change"

Musterbation, Awfulizing, Low Frustration Tolerance, Rating and Blaming, Overgeralizing

Catch it, check it, CHANGE IT.
