Week 10 - Achieve Lifestyle Balance

accountability for and by myself indicates, to me, devising, following and assessing a plan on my own, perhaps a CPW. I benefit from putting structure in my recovery. When being accountable to myself, I was able to talk myself away from my goals, i.e. not drinking, behaving recklessly.

Need to use the tools to make it work

Need to do a VACI list again.
