Jumping to Conclusions - Fortune telling, self-efficacy, mind reading, others are out to get me.
All or nothing thinking -- Yeah but ...
Mental filters -- Dwell on negative details excessively
Magnification -- Exaggerate the importance, blow out proportion
Emotional Reasoning - I feel like .... look at old habits
Discounting the Positive Qualities - it could have been better

Should statements - Ought to, have to, must, I should, I shouldn't
Labeling - Negative lables, alcoholic, addict, gambler, shopaholic, codependent
Over generalizing - Why me? This always happens to me ...
Personalizing - Guilt, shame, blame, inadequacy
Successful people like what they are doing, they actually love what they are doing.
