Treasurers report: cent in interest at the end of May. No outstanding checks.
John Ferguson - K 3 PFW? - New Section manager as of July 1, 2022. Dave will be stepping down and the emergency services slot will open up. Lots of other positions open for. John sent a list out last month, and will send a new list out in 1 July when he takes over. He will try to visit each ARRL Club at least once a quarter.
Alan asked about HOA issues. Response: Pat KW 3 Z? is working on HOA issues for this area. Looking for grassroots efforts with each local HOA. Alan has socialized his ham hobby to the neigbors as part of the renewal of his HOA's deed restrictions. (In Delaware they need to be renewed every 20 years).

Field Day (setup time is 9AM)
- About 80% success in our current plan
- Permit for the space has been secured
- Class 2A
- Need people to sign up for slots for the two radios
- Still need government visitors - people are asked to reach out to their local representative to make a visit
- Alan will make a pass at Costco to get food for the weekend (burgers / hot dogs)
- Volunteers signed up for cooking
- Charcoal - Rich has charcoal in his basement - Ted will get other cooking items
- People are requested to bring:
- Lots of Ice
- Sunblock
- Personal safety gear (gloves, work shoes/boots etc.)
- Chairs for the weekend
- Personal flashlight for overnight people
- Fan
- Any special food items like ingredients for S'Mores
- Sam / Ken will bring equipment to attempt satellite contacts
- A variety of people will bring battery power / solar cell (only need 5 contacts)
